A rather doom laden sounding Wednesday mornings workout…
1) Death by Back Squat at BW on the bar – An EMOM of ascending back squats.
1st minute = 1 back squat
2nd minute = 2 back squats
3rd minute = 3 back squats
4th minute… And so on until the set amount of back squats can’t be completed within the set minute. Re-racking of the bar is allowed.
2) Row to Hell (SkiERG to Hell) – Partner up. Row (or ski) in turn the set amount calories as hard as possible.
So the total amount of calories in total for you both on your machine will look like this…
