2-4-6-8-10-8-6-4-2 Atlas Stone Lift 50% BW
10m Prowler Sprint at 100% BW + 35kg
2-4-6-8-10-8-6-4-2 Burpees
10m Prowler Sprint at 100% BW + 35kg

So first round would be 2 stone lifts, 10m prowler, 2 burpees, 10m prowler sprint.

Second round would be 4 stone lifts, 10m prowler, 4 burpees, 10m prowler sprint.

Third round would be 6 stone lifts, 10m prowler, 6 burpees, 10m prowler sprint.

And so on….
