Everyone starts on their own station station. One athlete on SkiERG, one of Wallballs, one on Wattbike and so on…

When you have finished your exercise you must score burpees. This can only be done when you complete your 50 reps or 50 calories. The last person to finish their 50 reps or 50 calories call calls time on that round but fails to score any burpees and everyone rotates to the next exercise on the list.
