2) Goblet Squat & KB Swing Reverse Ladder AHAP
Gob Sqt 10 – 1 KB Swing
Gob Sqt 9 – 2 KB Swing
Gob Sqt 8 – 3 KB Swing
And so on until…
Gob Sqt 1 – 10 KB Swing

3) 5min AMRAP
2 Atlas Stones to Shoulder AHAP
4 Toes to Bar
6 Wallballs 9/7
Rest 2 minutes then repeat.
