Sunday a day of rest, relaxation and atlas stones…

Well done to the Sunday morning atlas stone moving crew who were almost hired by a passing irish traveller on a labourers day rate of £150 per person, so amazed was he by their concrete moving prowess.

This following weekend will see myself away on a CrossFit Powerlifting Course, which will of course give me chance to wear my CrossFit t-shirts and trainers, hooray!

OCR Back 2 the Trenches Obstacle Course Race

Monday

6am to 6pm Open Gym

6pm to 7pm CrossFit Start
New to CrossFit and just plain rubbish at everything? Too scared to come down to the gym because you know we’ll just rip the piss out of you for a whole hour for being such a pansy? Start here, we all did and now were so fantastic at everything we’ll never have to come back to 6pm on Monday’s ever again.

7pm to 8pm CrossFit
For the elite, the cream of the crop, the muscles, the rippling bodies and torsos you’ve only seen on the cover of a magazine. Yes, when you’ve graduated from CrossFit Start, you can come here and rain with all the beautiful fit people.

Tuesday

6am to 6pm open Gym
Members, personal trainers or pre-arranged drop in can come down and use the gym for training.

10am to 11am WOW CrossFit NOT on today.

7pm to 8pm CrossFit
CrossFit just like mamma used to make back in the day before expensive exercise machines ruined everything.

Wednesday

6am to 6pm Open Gym

10am to 11am CrossFit AWBS
A fantastic session for anyone, apart from the British. Calling all expats from around the globe come and talk about us behind our backs for one whole hour at this fantastic session.

7pm to 8pm CrossFit
CrossFit like the filling of an insanely hot McDonalds apple pie, squirted down the back of your throat.

Thursday

6am to 6pm Open Gym

10am to 11am WOW CrossFit
Amazonian goddesses, moving their beautiful toned tanned bodies gracefully around the gym while covered in a fine layer of sweat. Usually accompanied with deep, heavy powerful and rhythmic breathing and the intoxicating aroma of sweet perfumes. Yes, it’s pretty bloody good let me tell you.

6pm to 7pm Race Conditioning
Ever wanted to be better at running XC, hills, Obstacle Course Races come and join our race conditioning sessions. Not for the faint hearted.

7pm to 8pm CrossFit
CrossFit just like a wet slap in the face from the muscular tail of a shark.

Friday

6am to 6pm Open Gym

6pm to 7pm TFI Friday
There’s a voice keeps on calling me, down the road that’s where I’ll always be. That’s right you little Hobo’s a TFI Friday so wonderful it threatens to turn your hair white and make you pop a whole Sterident.

8am to 4pm Open Gym
