What’s happened? Are we not friends anymore?… We spoke, you were you going to come down to the gym but you didn’t make it. I wouldn’t worry about it, you haven’t let me down; so don’t feel bad. You’ve let yourself down a little bit because you’re bang up for training but don’t want to start all at the same time. It’s a bit of a nightmare isn’t it, and there’s no easy way out… You have to bite the bullet because no-one else in going to endure it for you. You will find it hard in the beginning, it will be unpleasant at times but the end result will be worth it and to be honest, you’ll actually quite enjoy it most of the time anyway.
